TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

This storage tank is designed to meet the highest standards of hygiene and durability.

Structure and Material: The entire tank is made of CrNi 304 quality stainless steel, which offers superior corrosion resistance. The tank has a robust structure integrated on a monoblock chassis.

Wall Thickness: The inner wall is 1.5 mm thick and the outer wall is 1.0 mm thick.

Cooling and Welding Technology: Cooling efficiency is provided by Rollbond evaporator and special laser welding technology on the 2 mm base plate. Welding quality is maximized by using first-class laser and argon welding, and the surfaces are completed with a smooth polishing process.

Insulation: The tank is perfectly insulated with 50 mm thick, water-based and high-density polyurethane (HCFC-free).

Mixing System: To ensure the homogeneity of the product temperature, a stainless steel mixing impeller with a power of 15-25 W and a 28 rpm reducer was used.

Cover and Exit: There is a one-piece, 0200 mm diameter opening cover for product entry/control. Product discharge is done through Dn32 / Dn40 / Dn50 male type butterfly valve, as needed.

Design Detail: The tank is specially designed according to the zero flow principle, which ensures that no liquid remains after the emptying process.

Support: It stands on adjustable stainless feet that can adapt to the ground level.
